研究方向                                                 

功能硬质薄膜涂层材料的制备、表征及应用

利用离子束、电弧、磁控溅射等PVD/CVD技术可控制备各种硬质薄膜和涂层,包括碳膜(类金刚石DLC薄膜,金属掺杂类金刚石纳米复合Me-DLC薄膜等)、碳化类薄膜(如CrC、TiC、SiC等)、氮化类薄膜(如Al-N、Ti-C、Cr-N)、以及多层复合薄膜涂层等。同时,研究硬质薄膜和涂层在工具模具表面摩擦磨损、轻合金表面腐蚀防护、微电子器件(电致阻变存储)、光学减反膜、色彩涂层方面的应用。
