伍尚华 教授

  

个人简介:广东工业大学“百人计划”特聘教授、博士生导师,兼任中国机械工程学会增材制造专委会和工程陶瓷专委会成员以及中国专业标准化技术委员会委员。伍尚华教授长期从事高技术陶瓷、粉末冶金材料以及先进制造技术的研究,先后在世界一流实验室和世界顶尖跨国公司从事科研创新工作,在高技术陶瓷制造技术等领域已经拥有170余项已获美国、日本、中国等国家专利局授权的或者正在审理的专利核心技术。伍尚华教授致力于把工业界的实战经验及最新的技术带到教学与科研中,以培养出能够掌握最先进的知识和技术,有能力在全球范围内的竞争中脱颖而出的创新型人才。

 

1.主要研究方向

  • 陶瓷材料与金属陶瓷增材制造(3D 打印)
  • 纳米陶瓷和纳米陶瓷复合材料
  • 陶瓷高温耐磨涂层
  • 难加工材料的高速高效加工

 

2.主持或参与的主要项目

从事高技术陶瓷材料以及粉末冶金材料的研究与开发将近 30 年,主要研究领域集中在创新性的材料成份,生产工艺,工业应用,材料成份、工艺、结构与性能之间的关系,先进制造技术以及先进装备关键零部件制造技术。主导的“先进加工工具与高技术陶瓷研究中心”科研平台,以先进材料和绿色高效制造为特色,旨在选择国际前沿与国内重要的研究领域进行原创性研究。近5年来,累计主持科研项目13项,科研经费总额近3000万元,发表SCI/EI收录论文共61篇。

4. 教学成果

指导学生获得奖励情况(截至 2017 年 12 月):

(1)  国家基金委留学奖学金:一名研究生(陈健)入选广东工业大学“研究生拔尖创新人才培育计划”培育对象,硕博连读进入博士生阶段后入选国家基金委公派留学项目,到美国犹他大学(The University of Utah)联合培养。

(2)  研究生国家奖学金:共 11 名学生获得研究生国家一等奖学金。

(3)  研究生周茂鹏获得2017年广东工业大学优秀硕士学位论文

(4)  广东省优秀研究生:古尚贤、曾俊杰获得 2015-2016 学年度“广东省优秀研究生”(全校共 12 名)。

(5)  广东工业大学优秀博士后计划:出站的 6 位博士后均在高校从事科研与教学工作。2017年在站优秀博士后 4 名,1 人入选 “广东省珠江人才计划/扬帆计划”(广东省委组织部),2 人赴美国南加州大学(USC) 和美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA) 联合培养。
